Concierge Auctions And Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty To Sell Luxury Mountain Estate In Sun Valley

An exquisite mountain estate, located within the world-popular ski destination Sun Valley, Idaho, set at the base of Bald Mountain's north-facing slopes just steps from the Warm Springs chair lift, will sell at auction with No Minimum Bid required to participate on July 19th. Originally listed for $5.995 million, the 5,900-square-foot, tri-level home will be sold to the highest bidder by Concierge Auctions in cooperation with listing agent Katherine B. Schroder of Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty.

Home Exterior
"In addition to its great design and luxurious finishes, this home is one of the closest to Bald Mountain ski access. The layout is configured to accommodate two separate families -- perfect for entertaining friends or use as a vacation rental," Schroder stated. "The seller is fully committed to finding a new owner, which is why he's allowing the auction bidding to set the price without a minimum starting point. What a great opportunity for Sun Valley buyers!"

Entry
Built in 2008 by Gary Storey Construction, 106 Howard Drive was designed by Point Architects, with interior furnishings by Megan Edwards of Charles Stuhlberg Interiors. Offering five bedrooms and six full and one half bathrooms, there is also a gourmet chef's kitchen, a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom gas log stone fireplace, a master suite and bathroom with a jetted tub, a media room/theatre, a ski storage/mud room and a two-car garage. There are three outdoor decks, one with a fire pit and one with a bubbling hot tub -- all of which are back dropped by gorgeous mountain views.

Living Room with Baldy Views
"With No Minimum Bid required, this auction presents a rare chance to purchase an ideal ski home in one of the country's most sought-after mountain destinations -- for what will likely be a great value," stated Laura Brady, Director of Marketing for Concierge Auctions. "Following our successful sale last year in Sun Valley of the Knob Hill Inn, and other recent sales of similar properties including the Yellowstone Club and Spanish Peaks in Big Sky, MT, Fox Crossing in Aspen, CO, and the Bighorn Lodge in Jackson, WY, we're excited to continue our impact on the Rocky Mountain region."

Kitchen
The home is open daily from 1-4PM and by appointment until the auction date of July 19th.  You may contact Katherine Schroder of Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty for more information and registration details. 208-721-1326 or katherine.schroder@sunvalleysir.com
